Honoring those fallen on Septmeber 11, 2001
I know this may be a heated topic but oh well, sometimes we need to stir it up and or keep it going. I feel that some things need to be done in order of protecting our country. I know someone will immediately ask then where do we stop, where do we draw the line. That is something that needs to be addressed regarding that case or situation. I think that in this case that wire tapping is not "too intrusive" when it comes to the safety of our nation here in our country. This is sad from my point of view.
I don't know anything about the author of this writing. I was wondering what others may think from what they hear or what they know is going on in the big scheme of things. I read http://peoplegetready.blogspot.com/ everyday and he, Schroeder, keeps up with what is going on in New Orleans. If anyone knows or has any comments please post.
Are you a fan about something, anything. The WEB as just gotten more fanatical. Fanpop is a place for fans to go and look for other fans on whatever item or subject you are crazy about. You can even start up your own fan spot. The home pages looks easy to navigate around, even listing the top most 100 links.
I just could not let this quote I found go by without giving it some more coverage since it appears to me to be so very true. At least when it comes to the news media.
I am often worried when a politician suddenly announces that he/she is now an independent. How can they so suddenly pull away from their party that has supported them for so long. It often seems to me that the time has come for them to quietly ride off into the sunset. Can they not see or understand that their time has come to an end. How often has an independent actually won the race they are in. I am not saying that it is totally wrong by any means. Just that some people need to know when to hang it up.
Much appreciation goes out to the efforts of those that were involved in stopping this terrorist attack on the airlines recently. So many suspects were involved in an attempt to blow up a great number of planes. The devistation would have been horrific.
I had no idea there was an English version of Myspace. It appears to have taken over myspace as far as the number of subscribed users. If anyone out ther has more than $750 million you can possibly buy it.
